All sales are final
Payments to Owniva are non-refundable, across every plan: the Full Report, Business access, and Pro subscription charges. This includes partial periods — if you cancel Pro partway through a billing cycle, or don't use all 3 of your daily Business scans, no partial or prorated refund is issued for the unused portion.
Why
Each report draws on real, metered API costs and computation the moment it's generated, so — unlike many digital products — the cost is incurred immediately at purchase, not over time.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge that doesn't match what you purchased — contact us and we'll look into it. This is different from a change-of-mind refund, which we don't offer.
